For various industries and their suppliers, the sister company of the over 50-year-old special machine builder MartinMechanic offers a unique modular system for automating production processes and intralogistics.
MartinSystems' product portfolio consists of standardized automation cells, induction hardening machines, tool storage systems for machine tools, and intralogistics solutions based on autonomous mobile robots – all of them turnkey.
The compact standard systems can, among other things, automatically load and unload, feed, store, and dispense parts. Induction hardening machines are used wherever workpieces need to be hardened, welded, annealed, or shrunk. And with tool storage systems, machine tools are expanded in a space- and cost-saving manner.
Autonomous mobile robots offer clever intralogistics solutions that can complement or replace conventional distribution concepts.
Through standard automations, mature solutions for many applications are offered that can be integrated into existing production processes cost-effectively and quickly.

Mechafant PJ
The Mechafant is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR), that can handle payloads up to 1.400 kg*. It is designed for usage in environments where people move and unexpectet obstacles can occure. The Mechafant has intelligent navigation and motion control. Combined with a software for automatic map generation and orientation, the mobile robot moves autonomous and safe inside a defined workig area. Based on the abilities of the Mechafant modifications to the shopfloor are not necessary.

The MagMover is an intelligent autonomous moving robot (AMR), which at this size is suitable for payloads up to 40kg. It is designed for use in environments where people are moving and unexpected obstacles may occurr.
