Evo Shuttle
The Evo Shuttle is an automated storage and retrieval system for containers, cartons and trays holding up to 50 kg (110 lb). Our shuttle storage system is the right choice for logistics applications demanding the highest performance in order fulfillment as well as maximum flexibility in processes. It’s an ideal solution that comes with a broad range of applications including high performance e-commerce and online retail fulfillment, flexible processes in a manufacturing setting, or special applications such as those in the healthcare or food retail sectors.
Open Shuttle Fork
Our Open Shuttle Fork is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that transports pallets flexibly and efficiently. What makes it special are its numerous functions, its diverse applications and how little space it requires. Plus, its 3D obstacle detection means it is safe to use in the warehouse. The industrial vehicle can rotate around its own axis, drive sideways and has a completely electric lifter.
Thanks to its intelligent software, the AMR can be integrated into the warehouse quickly and start transporting pallets without requiring any changes to the existing infrastructure. Additionally, travel paths, processes and layouts can be adapted very quickly. Open Shuttle Fork offers the perfect starting point for automation thanks to its short delivery and installation times.
KNAPP-Store
The KNAPP-Store is a sophisticated and innovative system for storing and picking single items. It covers everything from automatic goods-in and space-effective storage to automated processes and modern stock management – all while keeping investment and storage location costs low. The KNAPP-Store is especially suitable for use in the pharma supply chain, for example in wholesale or for online pharmacies. A range of different items can be easily stored in minimal space in the KNAPP-Store, with the added plus of lot and serial number tracking.
Central Belt System
The Central Belt System is a comprehensive solution for distribution centers that provides rapid, automatic picking of items with defined characteristics and inventory turnover rates. This includes in particular items typical in the pharmaceutical wholesaling and cosmetics sectors. This is a proven solution that not only increases productivity, but also throughput and picking performance, all in a relatively small space. The Central Belt System mitigates the effects of peak workloads, makes efficient use of the off-peak periods and allows important resources to be put to best use.
By combining the Central Belt System with different automated picking machines, such as the fast-mover picking machine (SDA), transfer stations, and tailor-made software, we offer a modern system for automatic order fulfillment – all from a single source.

An optional dynamic buffer temporarily stores returns and pre-picks before they are seamlessly integrated in the sorting process as needed.
