Products & Services
With etaLINK 3000, CW1000, and etaSTORE batteries, Wiferion – a PULS brand – offers a complete, scalable energy ecosystem for autonomous intralogistics. The combination of wireless power transfer and intelligent battery management ensures maximum uptime, operational safety, and flexibility for future-ready automation.
etaLINK3000
The etaLINK 3000 is a patented, contactless charging system designed for industrial electric vehicles and mobile robots. It enables in-process charging – automatic intermediate charging during short stops – eliminating downtime and ensuring round-the-clock availability.
The system consists of a stationary transmitter unit with wallbox and charging pad, and a receiver unit integrated into the vehicle. Charging starts automatically in less than one second, regardless of the vehicle’s approach direction. A built-in CAN interface enables communication with the battery management system for optimized charging cycles.
Compatible with all common battery types, etaLINK 3000 is safe, wear-free, and built for continuous use in logistics, production, and intralogistics environments.
Key Benefits:
Fully automatic, contactless charging
Charging starts in < 1 second
Maintenance-free and safe (no exposed contacts)
Compatible with all battery types
Enables continuous 24/7 operation
CW1000
Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) require a reliable energy supply to operate fully autonomously. Conventional charging solutions are often complex, inefficient, or prone to wear, resulting in costly downtime and maintenance.
The CW1000 is Wiferion’s newest 1 kW inductive charging system, developed from years of expertise in efficient power supply. By combining the power electronics and coil in one compact unit, the CW1000 offers a space-saving, intelligent, and cost-efficient energy solution—ideal for small robots and large fleets alike.
The system connects directly to the vehicle battery for simple plug-and-play installation. Despite its compact design, it offers high positioning tolerance and an efficiency of up to 93%. Fully automatic and maintenance-free, CW1000 enables seamless integration, flexible installation, and optimized charging processes that reduce total cost of ownership.
Key Benefits:
Compact 1 kW inductive charging system
Up to 93% efficiency
High positioning tolerance
Easy integration and plug-and-play installation
Ideal for small AMRs and large fleets
etaSTORE
The etaSTORE battery family offers advanced LiFePO₄ and LTO technologies tailored to the demanding requirements of AGVs, AMRs, and industrial trucks. These high-performance batteries provide superior efficiency, higher energy density, and longer life cycles compared to conventional lead-acid batteries.
etaSTORE batteries are designed for in-process charging with Wiferion’s etaLINK systems—allowing safe, partial charging during operation. This enables fully automated, interruption-free logistics processes in multi-shift operations.
All batteries are modular, equipped with an integrated Battery Management System (BMS), and certified according to IEC 62619 and UL 2271, ensuring maximum safety and reliability even in outdoor applications.
Key Benefits:
High-performance LiFePO₄ and LTO battery technology
Optimized for in-process wireless charging
Long lifetime and minimal maintenance
Modular design with integrated BMS
Certified for industrial and outdoor use
